Your SatCollect calls to your Iridium phone are going into the general voicemail box and asking callers to re-enter your satellite telephone number.

Answer

To properly forward your SatCollect calls directly to your voicemail box, you need to perform the following steps.

Iridium 9555:

WARNING! If you change the SIM card in the phone, you need to update the voicemail number again.

• Make sure you have signal and are registered on the Iridium network
• Press Menu
• Press Voicemail
• Press Voicemail Settings
• Press Number
• Edit the number to match your SIM card phone number (MISDN)
